Trouble Diary Sister is a 3D adult visual novel developed by Marmalade Star that explores the romance between a student protagonist and his dutiful younger sister, Mikan. While Mikan always takes good care of her older brother, she secretly longs to act her age and rely on him more. Their dynamic changes after a shared bath triggers a shift in their relationship, but complications arise when the protagonist witnesses Mikan spending time with a male classmate, sparking doubts about where her true feelings lie.
